Single Visit Vasectomy Procedure Appointment Scheduling Page

Please select a date and time for your appointment using the calendar below. You will then need to complete a brief registration form and pay the scheduling fee.

• Please use the patient’s legal name and accurately enter the patient’s cell phone number and email address. This information is used to communicate with the patient.
• Do not enter your wife’s, girlfriend’s, mother’s, grandmother’s, or personal assistant’s contact information. We dont want to communicate with them!
• Vasectomy procedures are usually offered Thursday afternoons and Fridays.
• You can only select an appointment within next 30 days.

The newest dates and times will appear as soon as they are approximately 30 days from the time you check the calendar.

After you schedule you will be emailed a link to an intake form and a vasectomy consent. Please complete these items electronically before you arrive to our office!

Our system is designed to increase efficiency by removing a lot of unnecessary back and forth phone calls. You can schedule vasectomy at our office without speaking to a single person.
