Scheduling Your Vasectomy 5 Easy Steps

Step 1. What type of appointment would you like to schedule?
Decide if you want a consultation appointment first or a single visit vasectomy procedure appointment only.
- Consultation appointment* is to discuss if vasectomy is right for you and address concerns you may have.
- Single visit vasectomy procedure is one appointment only for your vasectomy procedure.
*Consultation appointments are required if you are on a prescription blood thinner (and have not received clearance from your doctor) or have a history of undescended testicle (either surgically corrected or uncorrected).
Most patients fully understand the purpose of vasectomy and are comfortable making single visit vasectomy procedure appointments. My website is designed to provide you with as much information as possible to educate you about vasectomy before your arrival.

Over 95% of men choose to come for a single visit vasectomy procedure. Occasionally a consultation visit is recommend for men with certain high risk conditions.

Step 2. Complete on-line patient vasectomy registration
The second step to scheduling your vasectomy is to complete our on-line patient vasectomy registration.

After completing one of the registration forms above, you will need to proceed to Step 3 and pay the scheduling deposit.
Step 3. Pay the $100 scheduling deposit
Most men are not thrilled about getting a vasectomy and patient no show rates can be unacceptably high. As a result, our office requires a $100 deposit to secure your appointment.
Do not pay the scheduling deposit until you are ready to schedule.
Our on-line scheduling calendar allows you to see the days we have available for vasectomy appointments. The calendar does not show available appointments for Sedation Vasectomy. You will need to call and discuss with a nurse. Sedation vasectomy is usually offered on Monday through Thursday.
Due to increased demand requiring us to schedule up to 4 weeks out….we have added a vasectomy day on Saturday April 24th 2021. Please check the calendar link below to confirm the day has not filled.

The deposit must be paid on-line by credit or debit card. Use this link below to pay the scheduling deposit:

Scheduling Deposit: Vasectomy With Local Anesthesia
The $100 scheduling deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your appointment seven (7) or more calendar days before the procedure.
The $100 scheduling deposit is not refundable under the following circumstances:
- You don’t cancel your appointment
- You reschedule or cancel within seven (7) calendar days of your appointment
- You don’t call and schedule within ninety (90) days of submitting your payment
Scheduling deposit/fee: Single visit Sedation Vasectomy
To schedule a single visit Sedation Vasectomy procedure you are required to pay a scheduling fee.
Due to the increased staff time required to schedule and coordinate a single visit Sedation Vasectomy procedure, your scheduling deposit will not be refundable under any circumstances.

Step 5. Call to schedule your appointment
Vasectomy consultation appointments can be made on most days of the week in the afternoon.
Vasectomy procedure appointments are on most Fridays and on select Thursday afternoons.
Single Visit Sedation Vasectomy procedures are scheduled Monday through Thursday.
